Behind a large rock, a man lay hiding, watching a trollwoman and her strange company. He was a wanderer who traveled from village to village on his faithful horse. She especially talked about her joy in making gold toys for her young one, which she made on her magical millstone. For it was a very special millstone \u2013 it could grind basalt into pure gold.
The man\u2019s interest was now awakened, and as he sat there hidden behind a rock outcrop, he decided he wanted to see if the gold really was in the cave. He did not know where the cave was, so he waited patiently until the trollwoman had gathered all she needed \u2013 and FINALLY she asked the raven to help her home.<\/p>
